Dạo này thấy cân nặng hơi tăng nên cũng muốn tạo ra 1 thực đơn ăn kiêng giảm cân hiệu quả. Kết hợp với sức tưởng tượng của bản thân trong việc nấu nướng nên sẵn tiện dạo 1 vòng trong siêu thị thì quyết định làm ngay món Salad đậu hũ non trộn cam và rau mầm đơn giản mà tiện lợi này!
Đầu tiên đem rửa sạch rau mầm, nhặt sạch các lá úng. Mình mua rau tại siêu thị nên rau rất tươi và an toàn, không cần tốn nhiều thời gian nhặt rau. Cây đậu hũ non thì trước tiên thái khoanh tròn dày 1cm rồi chẻ làm 4 mỗi khoanh đậu hũ. Cam chẻ nhỏ múi cau, bỏ hạt rồi cắt thành những khối nhỏ. Vỏ cam giữ lại để trang trí.
Rau mầm sau khi rửa sạch cho vào 1 tô lớn, thêm lần lượt vào cam tươi, đậu hũ non, đổ tiếp 1 hũ sữa chua vào, sau đó dùng đũa trộn nhẹ nhàng cho đều lên là được.
Cuối cùng bày trí vỏ 5 vỏ cam đã cắt tỉa ra đĩa sao cho đẹp mắt, dùng muỗng gắp salad cho vào gọn dàng giữ đĩa là có thể dọn lên bữa tiệc rồi nhé! Món salad đậu hũ non trộn cam và rau mầm đơn giản và ngon miệng, thích hợp cho chị em ăn kiêng giảm cân rất hiệu quả. Đặc biệt món này còn có thể dùng cho cả những ngày ăn chay nữa nhé!
