Bắp cải bạn dùng dao bào và bào thành sợi nho, đem ngâm nước muối rồi rửa thật sạch., vớt cải ra vắt cho ráo nước. Dưa leo rửa sạch, giữ nguyên vỏ, xắt lát mỏng vừa ăn. Thì là rửa sạch, xắt nhỏ. sau đó cho dưa leo, bắp cải, thì là kèm hành lá vào tô lớn, rưới phần nước sốt vừa chuẩn bị lên thật đều lên hỗn hợp. Trộn salad thật đều, để như vậy khoảng 10 phút cho thấm gia vị là có thể ăn rồi nha.
