Replacement of the four stock antenna’s on my Netgear R7800 wireless router with the 9dBi 2.4GHz 5.8GHz Dual Band WiFi Antenna. I could not find on the Netgear R7800 Data Sheet what the rating was for the stock antenna’s. In researching this I think I read that they where rated at 6dBi which is standard for most stock antenna's. The wireless Roku Premiere HD/4K/HDR I have on the first floor is in the furthest location from my Netgear R7800 on the second floor near the middle of my house. After changing the stock antenna’s the change in performance reported by Roku tests on 2.4GHz connection went from a “good” connection at 23MBS to an “excellent” connection at 41MBS. All other devices in my house now show full signal strength even at the furthest locations in my house. My personal recommendation would be if you have the money this is not a bad thing to give a try.

Works Great!

I would highly recommend this WiFi Antenna. Before installing these I was having issues with accessing our WiFi throughout all areas of the house, it was extremely slow and would constantly freeze. Now after installing the antenna I have had no issues with using my WiFi, it is fast and not to mention they are really simply to attach.

WiFi fixed

Wish I would have purchased this a long time ago. I was constantly having wifi issues and now with this antenna, it's fixed!

Got on recommendation

A friend of mine noticed that I was using my personal hotspot on our porch because my WiFi didn’t go that far. He recommended to get antenna like these. This helped increase the signal, and now I’m not wasting my cell phone data when working outside.

Works awesome

We were having a problem with our wifi in the house. This was easy to put in and arrived fast. It has helped us utilize our wifi and everyone is happy.

Great Product!

Prior to using this antenna, I couldn't get wifi upstairs in my house. I am now happily streaming netflix in the comfort of my own bed at night! Highly recommend!!!
