Trứng gà đập riêng vào 1 cái tô, cho muối, tiêu vào, đánh tan. Lấy bí ngòi ra, nhúng qua trứng gà và cuối cùng là lớp bột chiên xù. Xếp bí lên khay nướng có lót giấy nến, nướng trong 20-30 phút ở 250 độ C cho đến khi bí chín vàng là được. Sau đó rắc ngò rí băm lên mặt để tăng thêm hương vị.
